Shipping & Delivery

NOTICE: Due to the recent heat wave making it difficult to book couriers, we ask for your understanding as we experience delays in shipping out your order.


We're a small team but we always aim to ship out your order asap! However, during holidays, promotional periods, events, and select cases, please expect a few days delay to prepare and ship out your items. Should your provided address or contact number be incomplete, or should items from your order be unavailable, we'll reach out before shipping out your order.


🛵 Within Metro Manila:

Please keep your phone lines open and be prepared to receive your items between 10am-9pm up to 3 business days after placing your order.

Should you be unavailable to receive your items, please let us know ahead of time in the order notes. A failed delivery attempt may incur an additional P200 for re-delivery, to be shouldered by the customer.

For most of our items, we offer a flat-rate shipping fee of P200. For large and fragile orders, we offer a flat-rate of P900.

Unfortunately, we do not offer pick-up at this time. However, same-day delivery is available upon request for P400.

Once your order has been shipped out, you may refer to the table below for the estimated delivery time:

For most of our items, we offer a flat-rate shipping fee of P300. For large and fragile orders, please contact us and we can work out special accommodations for you!


✈️ International:

Delivery cost and time via UPS vary per country. You can check out as normal, and we will send you a separate invoice for your final shipping fee.
